New Courses and The Big Draw!

Hello,
I hope that you had a lovely Easter and that you have seen some sunshine between the snow flurries!

March marked one year on since I began teaching online. If you have been with me from the start of this journey or joined along the way, I would just like to say thanks to all the amazing people who have participated in a class, course, taken part in a workshop or demonstration and those who have signed up for private tuition by email or on zoom. It has been a roller coaster year, but I am fortunate to say that there has been a lot of good to go with all the bad. This past year has also shown me, again how important art and creativity is for our well-being, something I have always believed but have never seen so clearly in action before.

I have been busy planning future courses and events and have some very exciting news!

This year I am excited to announce that I will be organising events as part in the Big Draw Festival with events running throughout the year. I will be putting together a program of workshops and courses including sketchbook making and nature journaling. More Details coming soon!

The Big Draw Festival is the world’s biggest celebration of drawing founded by the Big Draw; an Arts education charity, the main events take place across the globe every year from 1-31 October, The Festival is made up of a collection of thousands of creative events, activities, and workshops across the globe run by organisations big and small. The festival believes that ‘everyone can draw’. They also promote drawing as a universal language that has the power to change lives and unite people of any age, background, race, or religion from around the globe.
I have also been approached by Art Care to run a couple of workshops for NHS staff in May which I am very much looking forward to.
